Welcome to Word of Mouth Dog Training. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Word of Mouth Dog Training website and your use of our products and services.

By accessing our website, contacting us, purchasing products or services, or participating in our training programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

Word of Mouth Dog Training provides dog and puppy training services in the Denver metropolitan area and surrounding Front Range communities.

Our programs may include:

  • Board-in training
  • House-call training
  • Group classes
  • One-on-one training
  • Puppy training
  • Specialized training for dogs with specific needs
  • Other training, boarding, or related services offered by Word of Mouth Dog Training

The availability, duration, requirements, and pricing of individual programs may vary.

2. Training and Results

Dog training outcomes vary from dog to dog.

Training results may depend on factors including a dog’s age, temperament, behavior, history, environment, consistency of training, and the owner’s participation after training.

Although we work to provide professional training and guidance, we do not guarantee that a particular behavior or training outcome will be achieved in every situation.

Owners and handlers remain responsible for continuing appropriate training and following the guidance provided by our trainers.

3. Owner Participation

Successful training requires cooperation between the trainer, the dog, and the owner.

Owners may be asked to participate in training sessions, follow training instructions, practice commands, maintain appropriate boundaries, and continue training after a program has ended.

Word of Mouth Dog Training is not responsible for training outcomes resulting from failure to follow provided instructions or recommendations.

4. Dog Health and Safety

Owners are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their dog’s health, behavior, medical history, medications, allergies, vaccination status, aggression history, bite history, and any other condition that could affect the dog’s safety or the safety of people or other animals.

You must notify Word of Mouth Dog Training of any known behavioral or health concerns before your dog participates in a program.

We reserve the right to decline, modify, suspend, or terminate services when we determine that a dog presents a safety concern or requires care or services outside the scope of our programs.

5. Aggressive or Reactive Dogs

Dogs with aggression, reactivity, fear, anxiety, or other behavioral concerns may require specialized handling.

Owners must provide complete and accurate information about known behavioral issues before training begins.

Failure to disclose known behavioral or safety concerns may result in cancellation or termination of services.

6. Boarding and Board-In Training

For programs involving overnight stays or board-in training, additional policies, requirements, fees, schedules, and procedures may apply.

Owners are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact and dog-care information and for notifying us of relevant medical, dietary, behavioral, or other needs.

Specific program requirements may be communicated before or during enrollment.

7. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments, consultations, classes, and training programs are subject to availability.

We may establish scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, arrival, pickup, and participation requirements for individual programs.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or program, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees will be communicated as part of the applicable service terms.

8. Payments and Purchases

Prices and payment requirements for products and services may be provided during the enrollment or purchase process.

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method.

For purchases made through third-party payment or commerce services, additional terms may apply to the transaction.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or service information when an error has occurred.
