Jose is a true “dog whisperer”! He worked miracles with our extremely active and stubborn German Wirehair Pointer Greta.
Unfortunately circumstances changed in our house and we were forced to rehome Ms Greta. Jose was our 1st thought. He welcomed Greta in with open arms and she is exactly where she needs to be. In a loving home with lots of room (1 acre +), lots of love and lots of friends (Jose’s family, Jose’s staff and of course all of the puppy friends). We were so very grateful Jose agreed to take Greta in.

Jose and his team are amazing! 2 of my dogs have been trained by Jose and his team. I can’t say enough about the transformation of my dogs after completing Jose’s Boarding & Training program. I highly recommend Word of Mouth Dog Training, you won’t be sorry!!

Jose is an amazing trainer. I enrolled my great dane/mastiff cross dog, Koa, in Jose’s train and board program. Because of Koa’s size (135 lbs and growing), he was becoming unmanageable, pushy, and was very obstinate when correction was needed. I spent a lot of time speaking to Jose about Koa, and Jose was very good at explaining his program and what his expectations are for the dogs. I met Jose at a park for a meet-and-greet with Koa prior to the bootcamp. I was very impressed in that short amount of time with how he handled Koa. Koa spent three weeks with Jose. The day I picked Koa up my daughter and I also attended one of Jose’s classes. I now have an XXXL dog that listens! Jose guaranteed sit, stay, down, heel and come, and he delivered. Jose was also very good at working with me to make sure I understood his methods of training so I can implement them at home. I plan to attend Jose’s classes at least once a month as a good way to stay on top of what has already been instilled in Koa. I wish I could give Word of Mouth Dog Training a zillion stars!

Jose worked with our wacky lab puppy and she was a changed dog. I can’t recommend word of mouth training more. She is headed back to Jose’s house for boarding and a touch-up session. I picked this trainer based on ratings and the fact that he houses the dogs in his home. I didn’t want my dog in a big, loud boarding house.

Jose is magnificent! Fortunately our daughter researched online and came across Word of Mouth Training. We were at the end of our rope as our puppy was so wild and uncontrollable. We had an amazing experience with Jose. He took our little guy, Menchie, under his wings for a 16-day obedience program and turned his life around. A true blessing for all of us. He has better behavior now, and he is a joy to live with. Jose’s passion and dedication shine through the work he does. He is the best. Thank you!

I highly recommend giving Jose (owner) a call. He took in my rescue dog (2 years old) and completely transformed him. My dog had a stubborn attitude and behavioral issues. After the 16-day board and train program, my dog has made strides toward better behavior and obedience. We will continue to work with Jose in the future!

Jose did a great job training my mom’s 10 month old Malshi puppy. We enrolled her in the boot camp to help with potty training and learning basic commands. By the end of the camp she was house broken, eating on a regular schedule and able to take walks on the leash easily. She now knows sit, stay, come, down and heel that makes life much easier for my elderly mom. Jose is a very effective dog trainer and we are pleased with the results. We highly recommend Word of Mouth Dog Training!

Jose is awesome. I took my 41/2 month mini Goldendoodle Piper to the board and train program. She came to Jose after being with a Rover for 5 days. After the Rover, she was skittish and had slid backward in housebreaking. Jose fixed the house training issues and she came back a happy well trained confident puppy. She is well-trained and can perform all of the basic commands. I cannot speak highly enough about Jose and Word of Mouth dog training.

Jose loved our puppy like his own! The difference in 16 days is phenomenal. Prior to training, we could not walk him without frustration and embarrassment. Now he heels, and stays, even with the distractions of other dogs, and rabbits… highly recommend Word of Mouth training. We will bring any future puppies to Jose!
